Let’s define food according to your taste

Some people really like spicy food, some are really into non veggie stuff and some are looking for something to have with Indian Chai!

While here at Joti Indian, I have had discussions with non Indian people that why they like Indian food, the most common answer was health benefits of spices although they have concerns on quantity of oil they put. In general, Indian food because of the spices in it is mostly beneficial. There are a myriad of health benefits to eating such spices because they play a part in fighting free radicals and helping your body’s immunity.

Must Try Combo of Sweet Chai and Pakoras

Well many people only go to restaurants for simple and less food due to diet issues so in Joti Indian Restaurant Chai and pakora combo is the go to thing in Appetizers. Well, you can try dipping pakoras in chai and then have a bite or you can have bite of pakora then sip of tea and trust that will feel soo finger licking good.

Papri Chaat and Gol Gappa

In appetizers at Jot Indian Restaurant after chai and pakoras, Papri chat n Gol Gappa are the most popular ones. Papri chat is quite healthy too as it is made with potato, sev, yogurt, dried chickpeas with the add on of spices. Anything with yogurt is good for your Health.

Coming to Gol Gappa so to be very honest they are not that much healthy, you can try them to get the essence of real Indian Food taste as it is too spicy.

A pro tip before eating Gol Gappa

” I enjoy eating gol gappas solely because of the tangy imli paani that accompanies it, but if you’re not careful, the whole thing can fall apart in your hands and make a big mess of your clothes “

Chicken Category: Butter Chicken – Karahi Chicken

Let’s head into not so appetizer food as they might be quite heavy for you but they are delicious as hell, sometimes we have to order it more because we can never get enough of it and it’s true both butter and karahi chicken is perfect combo of curry with chicken and insane spices with the addition of butter in Butter Chicken.

The Butter Chicken looks moist and savory. The thick chunks of chicken will have you eating until it’s gone. The sauce is the star of the show. Without the sauce, the chicken wouldn’t have the same flavor or impact on your taste buds. But whoever cooked the Butter Chicken deserves praise as well.

Karahi Chicken is a Jot indian restaurant favourite. It is a delicious, chicken and pepper dish where everything is coated in a delicious, spiced masala. For a classic restaurant flavour, cook in a wok or karahi over a high flame so you get a little smokiness.

Jot Indian vegetarian Saag Paneer – Matar Paneer and Daal Makhni

Well Personally I’m not so vegetarian kind of guy as I always go to full spicy and meat stuff but Saag paneer, matar paneer and Daal makhni always gets me no matter what. Whenever I go to any India Restaurant with my vegetarian friend, I try vegetarian food with them so these ones are always work for me.

Saag paneer is a classic Indian dish of cooked spinach studded with cubes of fried paneer cheese. Thickened with cream or coconut milk, it’s a hearty and filling vegetarian meal.
